Measuring Factors That Affect Fatigue and Sleep
A at-home blood test (DBS method, dry blood spot) analyzed by an accredited laboratory: vitamin D and omega profile. The results are sent directly to the app.
Observe what truly varies
Daily tracking of 50 symptoms, your period, and hormone therapy, guided by Aino, the AI assistant. The trend charts provide concrete data to support your discussions.

What Ainoha™ Doesn't Do
Ainoha™ does not diagnose, treat, or provide clinical decision support. The tracking of menstrual cycles and hormone therapy is purely descriptive. Clinical judgment remains entirely up to you.
Protected Data
Health data is hosted by an HDS-certified hosting provider; GDPR compliance; data is shared only at the patient’s request. No data is sold.

How much does Ainoha™ cost for my patients?
The app is available for download on the App Store and Google Play. Daily tracking and access to Aino are included in a monthly plan. The annual subscription costs €29.99.
Can I view the data for all of my patients?
No. Only patients who choose to share their progress with you will appear in your Ainoha™ Pro account. They can stop sharing this information at any time.
Does Ainoha™ replace a hormone panel?
This test complements—but does not replace—any other tests you may deem appropriate to order or have ordered.
And what about my patients who aren't yet in perimenopause?
Ainoha™ is designed for adult women who are noticing changes and want to track them. The initial questionnaire helps determine where each woman is on her journey, even in the early stages.
