  • ¼ cup of buttermilk
  • ¼ cup of natural yogurt
  • Olive oil
  • White wine vinegar
  • Honey
  • Sea salt

  • Chopped fresh oregano

  • ½ cup of low fat natural yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise

  • 1 medium Italian tomato
  • 1 tablespoon of red wine vinegar
  • Half-sliced lemon

  • ½ clove grinded garlic
  • ¼ tablespoon of dried oregano
  • ¼ tablespoon of dried basil
  • Grinded black pepper and salt




1. Peel skin of tomato and grate

2. Add a tablespoon of red wine vinegar in a bowl

3. Squeeze the halved sliced lemon into the vinegar

4. Add 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard, a little sugar to taste, olive oil

5. Add pureed garlic, oregano, dried basil, salt and pepper to taste

7. Healthy blue cheese salad dressing


  • ½ cup of crumbled blue cheese
  • ½ cup of low fat natural yoghurt
  • 1% milk
  • Mayonnaise
  • Fresh lemon juice
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • A teaspoon of cayenne pepper and a pinch of sea salt
  • Grinded black pepper


1. Pour the yogurt in a bowl

2. Add low the low fat milk, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and a teaspoon of cayenne pepper

  • 3 tablespoons of chopped shallots

  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 tablespoons of Indian curry
  • Olive oil
  • Red-wine vinegar

  • 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
  • 1 cube of normal knorr seasoning
  • A spoon of Dijon mustard and salt
