- 400 ml of water ( to soak the chia seeds)

- Onion powder
- ½ teaspoon of oregano
Soak chia seeds till soft, preheat oven to about 325F, spread into a baking pan baking sheets and then add the soaked chia seeds to the whole wheat flour in a big bowl, add baking powder, sea salt, lemon juice and olive oil. Add water and mix evenly, knead it till becomes tacky (not too watery and to solid as well).
Scoop it into the pan and spread it out with a spatula as evenly as possible. Spread some chia seeds and a little fine salt over it. Bake F for about 25 minutes. Let cool in the pan for 5 minutes and then lift it out and transfer it to a cooling rack for another 5-10 minutes. Slice and enjoy your delicious chia bread!
